Hey, I hope you’re having a great day. And, if you aren’t, well, then I wish you the fortitude and grace to get through it; and then, once you’ve a moment to yourself, whatever peace you need.

The pressures, pace, sometimes the relative monotony of modern human life can allow us to forget the wonder, the crushing beauty of it all, and of ourselves, of the inherent, unquestionable worth of each.
Perhaps, when you’ve the time, drink some water, take a couple deep, deliberate breaths. Maybe go for a walk? I find that a walk, that some excursion of the body is a good thing —always.

All the same, take care.
